Reginald Cephus, MSN, APNP, FNP-BC
Reginald Cephus is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Mission Healthcare Services. With more than 31 years of healthcare experience, he has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the Milwaukee area.
His healthcare journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where he developed a strong foundation in direct patient care. He later advanced to become a Registered Nurse before earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2017. In 2021, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Alverno College. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies to further expand his clinical expertise and leadership in healthcare.
As an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Reginald specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, diabetes care, hypertension management, wound care, transitional care, telehealth services, and mobile healthcare visits. He is committed to improving access to high-quality healthcare while building lasting relationships with patients and families.
